This Keyboard Kit is used for the CIC. The CIC Pro Clinical Information Center central station is intended to collect information from a network and display the gathered data. The data includes physiological, patient demographic and/or other non-medical information. Physiological parameters and waveforms from monitors and telemetry systems can be displayed and printed from the system. CIC equipment includes a processor box, primary display, external speakers and a standard keyboard and mouse. The processor box runs the CIC application. Primary display displays real-time and stored patient data, control windows, and various system level operations. External speakers provide audible patient status and system status alarm tones. When using keyboard and mouse, data is entered, menus navigated, and options can be chosen. The Keyboard can be connected to the processor by means of USB port and text is typed into a data entry field. The silence alarm key on the keyboard is helpful to silence all alarms for one minute as well as the upcoming alarms in queue can also be silenced. The keyboard is black in color and has keys with English symbols.
